SASIX (www.sasix.co.za) is South Africa's first online giving platform where the public can buy shares in a development project. This photograph was taken in Natal. It is of a Heifer International project. www.heifer.org. Hiefer has previously donated goats to members of the Ixopo community. It is then up to the receiver to pass on the gift of the first female offspring to another family in need. The goats provide meat and milk, which can also be sold to insure a small cash income.
